What this website collects

This website is a set of static pages. It has no contact form, no login and no shopping cart. It does not set cookies, and it does not build a profile of you.

Our hosting provider records standard server information when a page is requested, such as the page address, your browser type and your IP address. That information is used to serve the site and to keep it secure, and we do not use it to identify you.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we receive what you send: your name, your email address or phone number, your company, and whatever you tell us about what your business needs. We use it to answer you and, if we go on to work together, to prepare a quotation and a contract.

We keep enquiries in our company email and business records for as long as we need them for that purpose and for our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing lists.

Who else sees your information

We use service providers to run the website and our company email, and they process information on our behalf. We may share information where the law requires it. Nobody else receives it.

Our apps

Software we build for a customer is operated by that customer, and their own privacy terms apply. Where we publish an app under our own name, that app has its own privacy notice describing what it collects, and it is linked from the app's store listing.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@mteckh.com and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

If we add anything to the site that collects more information, such as a contact form or website analytics, we will describe it here and change the date above before it goes live.
